Grandma´s square

On summertime I get excited about knitting and crocheting. Now I´ve have been doing isoäidin neliö/mormors ruta/grandma´s square. I´ve crocheted black and white squares from cotton yarn.
Don´t know what to do from them....depends how many I manage to crochet.

Letters on fabric

I have been writing with flat brush on fabric. The size is about 2 x 2 meters.
This is possibly going to be the back wall of wooden greenhouse in felt exhibition. If I get photos of it, I`ll share them with you later on. It was fun doing this!

While listening ice-hockey match Finland-Sweden, I wrote some free copperplate with pointed pen.

Promises, promises....

Last time in Cambridge I made a promise to myself, that I`ll write at least 2-3 times a week.
Just write something...
Well, time has passed and I haven´t done a lot (or nothing at all) since few days ago.
I´ll try to keep my promise from now on....

We sat in a circle and each of us showed one work at time. Tutors and we all discussed about them.

On Sunday after lunch we placed all our works on the table and all the groups went round other groups.

Third - and last - year started !

Whole weekend was sunny, but a little cool. Spring is two weeks behind, but there was no snow! So it seemed very much like spring to me!

On Friday evening whole our group went to vegetarian restaurant, Café Rainbow. It´s very popular place, but we managed to get a table.

We (me, Marika and Anja) got up early on Saturday morning, because the two hours lag. We went out for a walk, it was a little frost on the lawn.

It got quite warm during the day, when the sun was shining to our class room. We opened the window and door to the garden. We could enjoy our lunch outside on the bench.
